Michael Spagna of River City Aesthetics is a dedicated and skilled Navy veteran, who brings passion, precision, and a commitment to excellence in the world of medical aesthetics. With a heart of service cultivated in the Navy and an artistic touch refined through extensive training, Michael is here to guide you on a journey to rediscover your natural beauty.
Michael received his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995, and a Master’s of Science with a concentration in Anesthesia from Georgetown University in 2005. After retiring from the Navy in 2014, he provided anesthesia in several different hospital systems within the greater Jacksonville area such as UF Health Shands, Flagler Hospital and Mayo Clinic before finding a passion for aesthetics.
With a background rooted in discipline and precision from 20 years of military service serving as a Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Michael has seamlessly transitioned into the realm of aesthetics. Having served in the Navy, he understands the importance of attention to detail, dedication, and the pursuit of perfection – qualities that are evident in every procedure he performs.

Albert Yang, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Yang is a highly regarded facial plastic reconstructive surgeon who specializes in deep plane face lifts, neck lifts and rhinoplasty. He has the reputation for delivering natural-looking results that enhance the unique beauty of each patient. He has a personalized approach to plastic surgery, taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and concerns. His attention to detail and artistic vision is paramount to the success of the surgical outcomes.
Dr. Yang was born in California and grew up in Taiwan as an international student. He returned to the United States and received his bachelor degree at University of California, San Diego, then completed a Master’s degree at Columbia University Medical Center, New York City with focuses on human nutrition and human cord blood stem cell technology. He completed residency in Head and Neck Surgery in University of Nevada, Las Vegas publishing numerous scientific papers. He subsequently completed his fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia where he scored the 91th percentile in the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Yang specializes in aging face with brow lift, eyelid surgery, deep plane facelift, deep plane neck lift, lip lift, and rhinoplasty.
On his free time, he has a passion for hiking, culinary and music.
Kendall Regan

Kendall Regan is a licensed esthetician and certified laser specialist at River City
Aesthetics, dedicated to helping clients achieve smooth, healthy, and radiant skin. With a personal history of hormonal cystic acne, Kendall understands the impact skin concerns can have on confidence, which drives her passion for offering personalized and effective treatments. She is certified through First Coast Technical College and the Electrolysis, Laser & Beauty Institute, blending advanced expertise with a compassionate approach. Kendall is committed to providing innovative, results-driven care that empowers clients on their journey to enhanced beauty and well-being.
Jessica Stites

Jessica is a licensed esthetician and facial specialist at River City Aesthetics, bringing over 20 years of diverse experience in clinical settings, including cosmetics, dentistry, and aesthetics. She earned her EFDA and Radiography licenses from the University of Florida College of Dentistry and later completed the Esthetics program at FSCJ in 2007. Committed to ongoing education, Jessica continually hones her skills to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Passionate about providing exceptional care, Jessica is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best, combining her clinical expertise with a warm, personalized approach. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, spending time in the outdoors, and cherishing moments with her husband, two children, and loved ones.
