Michael Spagna spent twenty years in Navy medicine, most of them as a nurse anesthetist, where precision is not a style but a duty. River City Aesthetics runs on that discipline: honest consultations, conservative dosing, and treatment plans built around how you want to look, not how much can be sold.
The whole team fits in one room: three licensed estheticians, a facial plastic surgeon as medical director, and Kevin, who handles the greetings.
