Wrinkle Relaxers

Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Letybo, dosed for a rested face that still moves.

Frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead creases come from muscles that contract the same way thousands of times a year. A wrinkle relaxer quiets those specific muscles with a series of small, precisely placed injections, softening the lines they create while the rest of your face keeps its expression.

River City carries all five FDA-approved neuromodulators, because they behave differently and people do too. Michael will recommend the one that fits your anatomy, your history, and how fast you want results.

The five we carry, and why

BOTOX®
The most studied name in the category and the standard most clients start with.
Dysport®
Known for a soft, natural spread that suits larger areas like the forehead.
Xeomin®
A purified formulation free of complexing proteins, which may lower the chance of developing resistance over time.
Jeuveau®
A modern formulation focused purely on aesthetics.
Letybo®
The newest arrival, FDA approved for frown lines with consistent, predictable diffusion.

What to expect

The appointment itself takes minutes. Results typically begin appearing within 3 to 5 days, settle fully by about two weeks, and last around 3 to 4 months for most people. There is little to no downtime; most clients return straight to their day.

Michael doses conservatively on a first visit. It is easier to add a few units at a follow-up than to wait out an overdone brow, and the difference between frozen and fresh is exactly those few units.

Priced per unit, honestly

Wrinkle relaxers are priced per unit, and your total depends on the areas treated and your dose, which is set at your visit. VIP ’Tox members pay a locked member rate per unit on every visit and can stack manufacturer rewards like Allē, Aspire, Merz Xperience, and Evolus on top.

Fair questions

Will I look frozen?

Not if it is dosed well. The aim is to soften the lines a muscle makes, not to stop your face from moving. Michael doses conservatively and refines at follow-up if needed.

How long does it last?

Most people see results for about 3 to 4 months, sometimes longer. With regular treatment, some clients find the lines soften even between visits.

Is there downtime?

Very little. You may have small bumps at the injection sites for under an hour and are asked to avoid rubbing the area the first day.
